Returns policy

If there are signs of damage-in-transit upon delivery, do not proceed with unpacking and contact us within seven working days via our website.

We guarantee the goods we sell for one year from date of purchase only if the instructions provided have been followed.  This guarantee covers manufacturing faults but does not include damage due to misuse or chips or cracks caused by improper support to the base tank.  Claims should be backed up with proof of purchase.  Your statutory rights are not affected.

There are no user-serviceable parts for the Hydromaze aquarium. If any parts fail outside of warranty, please see our website to order replacement parts.

You can return any product to us at your cost within seven working days of delivery for a full refund of original purchase price and shipping costs. The goods must be returned in an undamaged and unused condition. If you wish to do so, please contact us via our website within seven working days of delivery.

You rights under the distance selling regulations are not affected. Our returns policy applies to all products ordered from the Hydromaze website. For any Hydromaze products obtained from any other retail outlet, be it online or in-store, please refer to the terms and conditions of the retailer.

How to return a product

Please contact us using the contact form on on the right of this page, clearly stating:

  • that you wish to return a product
  • either the transaction ID or your email address that you used to order
  • the reason for you wishing to return the product

We will respond promptly with instructions on how to return the product to us.
